What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Mona came into my life at 6 months old and has been my loyal companion ever since.
Now about 7- 8 years old, she’s a loving, playful girl who still runs and cuddles like a puppy but also enjoys sunny afternoon naps. She’s wonderful with gentle children and would thrive best with older kids or a family who understands her need for patience.
Mona does have some separation anxiety, which makes this transition hard, but it also shows how deeply she bonds with her people. She once had 10 puppies via C-section — we even shared our first pregnancies together.
As I’ve recently had another baby and am moving, I sadly don’t have the money or simply time she deserves. Mona has given me endless joy, she has helped me through hard times, and I hope to find her a caring home where she’ll be cherished as much as she has cherished me.
