My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Yale, the spirited gray tabby-and-white firecracker of the family! At 5–6 months old, this high-energy girl lives life at full throttle and brings pure joy (and entertainment!) everywhere she goes. She’s full of personality, endlessly playful, and has zero hesitation about turning anything—and everything—into a game. She’ll even chase her own tail with Olympic-level determination!

Yale is a total goofball with a big heart. When she’s not zooming around the room or wrestling toys, she loves being near her people and will eagerly seek out affection once she’s ready for a break. She may be energetic, but she’s also incredibly loving and interactive.

Because she’s such a spirited, enthusiastic kitten, Yale would do best in a home without small kids, who may be a bit too unpredictable for her playful nature. She’d love to be adopted with one of her siblings, or she can join a home that already has a playful young cat under 3 who can match her energy and keep her entertained.

We’re participating in the Bring Home Love Challenge! All adoption fees are 25% off, making Yale’s fee $160.

Her adoption fee includes:
• Spay
• Dewormer
• FeLV testing
• Microchip
• Core vaccines
• A free 30-day subscription to Petcademy (24/7 cat behavior support!)
• A free exam at a ChewyVet clinic + a $50 Chewy gift card
• A “go home” bag of goodies

More about this rescue

Denver Kittens is focused on reducing animal suffering by pulling animals from high-euthanasia shelters, particularly harder-to-adopt animals, such as those with FIV or bonded pairs, and finding them loving homes in the Denver Metro Area. We also aim to reduce over-population, and therefore reduce animal suffering and euthanasia, by supporting trap, neuter, return efforts in our community and increasing access to spay and neuter.
