Just look into her eyes… you can see the confusion, the fear, and the exhaustion from a life where no one ever cared for her. Estella came into our shelter as a stray, and it’s painfully clear she has been severely neglected for a long time. Her thin frame, patchy coat, and worried little face tell the story of a girl who has survived more than any dog ever should.
But despite everything done to her, Estella remains one of the sweetest, most gentle souls you will ever meet.
She is timid at first, unsure if people mean harm or kindness—but give her a soft voice, a gentle touch, and she melts. She warms up quickly and absolutely adores other dogs. She walks nicely on leash when encouraged, and her favorite treat in the whole world? Peanut butter. It makes her tail finally start to wag again.
Estella is not just a dog — she is a survivor who is begging for a chance to finally feel safe.
She needs a hero who will show her the love she has always deserved.
