Meet June Bug, a 7-month-old kitten with a heart as vast as the sky. June Bug is one of the 20 cats and kittens we recovered from a recent local farm TNR project. She was found on the property with very serious eye infection that needed medical attention right away. She ended up losing that eye, and has limited vision in her other eye. Despite her vision problems, she navigates the world with bravery and curiosity. Her intelligence shines as she solves puzzles and finds her way into cozy nooks. June Bug's friendly and mellow nature makes her a perfect companion for quiet evenings or playful afternoons. She's loyal and gentle, forming deep bonds with those who care for her. Shy at first, she blossoms into a cuddly, playful friend once she feels safe. June Bug loves to run and play. And she loves any and all toys. She can keep herself entertained for hours.
June Bug has been introduced to other cats as well as small dogs and puppies. And she seems to get along just fine with both. Slow introductions are key.
