Rocky is a sweet, affectionate, and energetic boy who deserves a home where he can truly thrive. I’ve had him for about a year after rescuing him from a couple who had just had a baby and could no longer care for him. Rather than see him go to a shelter, my husband and I brought him into our home, and he has been such a loving companion. Rocky is a high-energy dog who LOVES to run, play fetch, chase balls, chew sticks, swim, and enjoy his Kongs. And despite all that energy, he has the sweetest soft side, he loves to cuddle and will soak up any affection you’re willing to give. He’s smart, eager to please, and very food-motivated, training with him will be rewarding! He already knows sit, lay down, paw (both), come, and roll over. He’s also potty trained (he goes to the door when he needs out) and crate-trained when you are sleeping or have to go out. He's curious about dogs and smaller dogs, but wont bother him if you tell him to leave them. Please help us find him a home.
