Nellie is a playful and affectionate kitten who loves belly rubs and snuggling up after a good meal. She has a motorboat purr that’ll melt your heart, especially when she’s enjoying some quality time with her brother, Dr. Dre. While she’s very close to him and would love to be adopted with him, it’s not a requirement—she’ll thrive in any loving home!
Nellie gets along great with dogs, and she loved spending time with her lab foster sibling. Nellie is always ready to play, whether it’s with her siblings (she loved spending time with them!) or by herself, especially when there’s Amazon packing paper around—her favorite! She’s a sweet, social girl who’s sure to fill your home with love and joy.
Important note: Kittens under 6 months old must be adopted in pairs or to a family with another cat or dog. 🏠

Submit Application
Submit our initial screening application at LUCKYPAWS.ORG/ADOPT

Interview
We will call you for a brief chat! We want to ensure the best fit!
3.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
We will schedule a meet and greet! We have a ton of kitties and we want to let you interact with the vast selection!
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
Once you choose your new family member, Sign the contract, pay $100 adoption fee, take your new pal home!

To ensure a successful, long-term adoption for both you and your potential feline companion, we ask that you fill out an adoption application and undergo a phone interview to determine whether you are a good match for each other. Our adoption process is designed to focus on the best fit for each individual cat, rather than a first-come, first-serve basis. In some rare cases, we may require a zoom or physical home check or recommend a foster-to-adopt scenario.
