Meet Finley!
Finley is a playful-but-chill black Lab puppy with a gentle soul and the sweetest personality. Found wandering the streets of Miami. This dog seems to have been well taken care of. He had a micro chip but unfortunately his owner never registered it. This brave little pup has kept his soft heart and trusting nature through it all while being alone on the busy streets of Miami.
He loves to explore, toss around a toy, and enjoy a good snuggle session—but he’s just as happy relaxing by your side and taking in the world at his own calm pace. Finley gets along with other dogs and doesn’t seem to mind cats, making him an easy fit for a multi-pet home.
With his warm eyes, wagging tail, and endlessly kind spirit, Finley is ready to trade the uncertainty of the streets for the comfort of a loving forever home. He’s healthy, sweet, and searching for a family who will give him the love he’s always deserved.
This sweet boy is young and eager to learn but does need training on a leash.

We require potential adopters to fill out an Adoption Application.When that is approved we can arrange for the prospective adopter to meet the dog they are interested in. We do require an adoption contract to be signed at time of adoption. We have a virtual home-check process (don't forget to submit photos of the exterior of your home!) Adoption fees range depending on the age of the dog. We do have dogs located at qualified fosters throughout the state and also out of state.

Since all rescue dogs live in foster homes, there is no single facility to meet pups.

More about this rescue
We are a small, foster-based rescue organization located in Southwest Florida. Being small helps us give more one-on-one attention to individual dogs and their needs. Rescued dogs are kept in our homes and treated as our own. Herding dogs are unique. They are highly intelligent and require much of the owner’s attention. The dogs are evaluated, when they come into the rescue, for any temperament and health issues. Then they are given basic obedience, socialization and rehabilitation as it is necessary.
It is our sole purpose to find forever homes for these loving, wonderful dogs that have been discarded through no fault of their own. All adopted dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative, micro-chipped, and on flea and heartworm preventative.
