My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ADOPT COOPER Cooper (named after Philly Eagle Cooper DeJean) is just the best boy! He is a 4-5 month old, possible hound mix, boy. He is UTD on vaccines and preventatives. This boy is fully crate trained, doing great working on house training, and walks wonderfully on leash! Cooper loves his doggie friends, is respectful of the cat in his foster home, and even loves the horses he visits at work with his foster mom. He loves his humans, both big and small. He’s the kind of couch cuddles and is doing great learning some basic commands! If you’d like to add this lovable guy to your family submit the application below! More about this rescue

Noah's Ark Rescue Project and Sanctuary (NARPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization which is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need, as well as educating the public on important issues, and implementing low cost vaccination and sterilization clinics. Our goal is to address vital contributing factors which lead to the overpopulation of domesticated pets. Overbreeding and overpopulation directly affects the number of animals who find themselves in shelters and in need of rescuing. NARPS is currently operating mainly as a foster based program, with ambitions to eventually have a facility to house for our rescues. We are not a breed or species specific rescue, At NARPS, big & small, hooves & paws, we rescue them all!
