My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hammy is a love bug. He loves to be petted and lay on your lap. Hammy likes play time, but also snuggle time. He gets along well with other cats.

I got Hammy off the street when someone moved away and dumped him and his 5 siblings on the street. He has been socialized and doe not mind being an indoor kitty.

A home without really small children would most likely be best. He is social, and bonded, so adopting him with his brother (Little One) would be preferred.

Hammy is currently living in San Jose, CA 95132

Please note:

  • Hammy should be adopted with a littermate

Additional adoption info

Please follow the "More information & application" link at the bottom of a cat's story, which will take you to our website where you'll see an "Adopt" link to the online application. The foster home will contact you directly to see if there is a match between you and the cat and arrange for you to meet. Only applications from the San Francisco Bay Area can be considered.

Our recommendation is that the foster home charge an adoption fee and execute an adoption contract.
