My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cinnamon is a 16-week-old (born 8/22/25) reddish tabby with an extra-special feature: she’s polydactyl, with six toes on her front left paw and seven on her front right! Her unique little mittens make her even more irresistible.
She’s the most playful of her litter and also the champion napper. While she enjoys people and her kitten buddies, she’s a bit more independent than the others and sometimes prefers a quiet solo nap spot.
She’s not overly interested in older cats, but she’s perfectly content to coexist peacefully.
Cinnamon also keeps a very reliable schedule: if the power ever goes out, she’ll still let you know when it’s exactly 6:30am by initiating a wrestling match with her siblings, 2pm by curling up for her daily afternoon snooze, and 6pm by running her post-nap laps.
If you’re looking for a kitten who’s equal parts fun, quirky, and sweet, Cinnamon could be the perfect little companion! All of the kittens:

Have purrs you can hear from across a room
Microchipped
Fully litter box trained with zero accidents, also trained to use a Litter Robot
Trained to use a microchip feeder
Not terribly excited by canned food but great kibble eaters
Think ball tracks are the.best.thing.ever
All get along fantastically with each other

Note:  if you do not have any other pets, we require that you adopt TWO kittens.  This is for the benefit of the kitten for behavioral development.  Companionship is critical.

They will also entertain each other and you!

We offer a low cost spay and neuter package.

This cat has tested FeLV/FIV. negative, is current on vaccinations, parasite-free and litter-box trained.

More about this rescue

Founded 1996, the Pet Adoption and Lifecare Society received non-profit status in January 2000. Since then, we have placed hundreds of cats and dogs into loving homes every year. Our animals are temporarily loved and cared for in foster homes until permanent homes can be found. All of our cats are FeLV/FIV negative unless otherwise noted under special needs. They have also had all vaccines for which they are eligible. Some of our animals have incurable diseases and are placed in hospice care where care is given for life if a loving home that is able to care for special needs animals cannot be found.

P.A.L.S. has developed a model for rescue that is careful, effective and which has certain philosophies that govern our decisions. We are a true no-kill organization. The only reason we ever euthanize an animal is because it is suffering and the suffering cannot be relieved. We do not euthanize for logistical, behavioral or economical reasons. Every animal that comes under our protection has a place in P.A.L.S. for the rest of its life. Adopters sign a contract agreeing to, amongst other things, return the adopted animal to P.A.L.S. should they ever be unable to care for it.
