If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Found him outside, took him in a week ago. Neutered male, no microchip. He is sitting in my lap and kneading me through a towel as I write this. We say "special needs" because he is FIV positive and missing his right upper canine, but he's really easy going. No chronic meds. A chill guy. We tried finding his owner, posted to multiple facebook groups and PetcoLove, no matches found. We just took in another stray cat last week, bringing our total up to 3 cats at this time. Our apartment lease only allows 2 cats (don't tell our landlord), so we are unable to keep him long-term.
All he wants for Christmas is a loving furrever home.
P.S. FIV isn't as scary as it sounds! For more information on FIV: www.fivcats.com
