My personality

Why I need a new home

Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Abby is about 5 years old. Very sweet and energetic dog. The only issue is my older dog does not get along with her and they have fought twice now. In general, she has seemed to get along with other dogs well but I would be cautious if rehoming with a multiple dog home.

She is great with the kids and very energetic, but also knows when to chill out. She plays fetch so good and is a great running partner. She does need a lot of activity and can be fairly hyper. She loves affection and being close.

Minimal shedding. Good health. Strong and protective. She does bark at most things (people, squirrels, birds, etc) that she is unfamiliar with. She knows basic commands (sit, stay, down, drop it, come here) but she could use more training and seems very receptive to it.

I really care about this dog and things have been smooth since I am keeping the dogs separate. But the risk of the kids accidentally letting them out and being caught in the middle of a dog fight is just too high.
