Bella Boo: The Wiggle-Butt with the Sweetest Eyes!

Bella Boo is a gorgeous 4 yr old, 54lb, boxer mix with the sweetest puppy dog eyes you`ll ever see! She might start out shy, but she quickly turns into a bundle of wiggles, tail wags, and kisses.

Known Skills: She is smart and knows `sit`, `shake,` and walks pretty well on a leash.

Compatibility-
Children: Bella Boo has had positive interactions with young children and would likely do well in a family setting.
Dogs: She has met some dogs here at the shelter and may enjoy a playful, young dog friend. We recommend a dog-to-dog meet-and-greet prior to adoption to ensure a good match!
Cats: Unknown but our adoption counselors are happy to give tips and tricks for slow introductions at home.

Health Status-
Bella Boo seems to be a healthy girl! She will be spayed prior to adoption, is up to date on all core vaccinations, current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and is microchipped. She is ready for her forever home!

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

If you are interested in adopting and meeting one of our adoptable animals one-on-one, we will have you fill out our adoption questionnaire.

2.
Meet the Pet

After completing the adoption questionnaire, you will be paired with one of our Adoption Counselors to help you find the right match.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

If a match is made, we will finalize the adoption paperwork and have you sign an adoption contract.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Once the contract is signed you may take your new pet home, typically same day!

The Fox Valley Humane Association believes in caring for pets and their people. We have an open adoption process, and our goal is to get to know potential adopters on a personal level and best match them with a new companion. We encourage you to stop by during our open hours to meet our adoptable animals.

The Fox Valley Humane Association is open to the public during the following hours. You do not need an appointment to view our adoptable animals, we welcome visitors anytime during our viewing hours. In order to best serve you, please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to closing to meet with an Adoption Counselor and ensure adequate time to visit with our adoptable animals.
