Aleister is 3.5 years old, neutered and chipped. He is very sweet, affectionate-- and chatty. I adopted him knowing he had never lived with a dog, and hoped that he and my puppy would eventually become friends. Unfortunately, my dog is a little bit too enthusiastically friendly and it’s making the poor kitty miserable. I keep hoping it will get better, but it has now been several months, and it is getting worse.
He needs either to live somewhere with only other cats or as an only (indoor) pet.
If you have been thinking about getting a cat, Augustus will be a wonderful addition to your family. He is beautiful, sweet, and very entertaining. He is healthy and vaccinated.
I am not charging an adoption fee and, if it would be useful for the new owner, I will provide a cat tree and some food to get started.
