This sweet, energetic dog is around a year and half old and lives in Huntertown, IN. Her current family is not a good fit for her. Sweet Pea needs an individual/family who has time to spend with her and has the patience and knowledge to train her. She loves to play, run and snuggle! She requires a home with a big, fenced-in yard and a doggy door for her to come and go as she needs. This young dog was rescued from a shelter 5-6 months ago, and she was a stray before that. It is believed that she was abused before she was a stray. She has an aversion to some men. Other dogs in the family may be okay, as she does well with some breeds. But her current family does not have any other dogs. She loves to “play” with her kitten and she is surprisingly good with little kids. She crawls towards them to pet her and give kisses. Most of all, Sweet Pea needs someone that will love her unconditionally.
