Theodore K is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved.

Theodore is truly the most adorable, sweet little kitten. He purrs as soon as he sees you! He has lots and lots of playful kitten energy and a huge amount of affection and love. He is quite rambunctious!

Like all kittens Theodore is super curious about everything around him. He loves to explore but is also very happy to curl up for a long kitten nap. His favorite toy is the chirping bird on a wand and he can leap very high into the air trying to catch it. He also loves to race around the house, running up and down the stairs. He will hang out on the couch with you too – just coax him over with some treats!

Theodore and his siblings, Alvin and Simona, were rescued from the outdoors and socialized in a TCR foster home but it did not take him very long to charm his foster family. He warmed up easily to being in a home and he learned quickly. He can sometimes be vocal at mealtime because he feels he should remind everyone that it’s time to eat!

Theo is very happy, good-natured and well behaved – well, as far as kittens go - he still needs some coaching about not going on the dining room table! And for a while puff toys were banned because he was quite possessive with them! Sometimes he runs away when approached (a result of having lived outside) but most of the time he is fine.

Theodore can sometimes play with the other cats rather exuberantly, so he should be adopted to a home where he is either the only cat or where the other cats are confident and eager to play with him as well and can match his energy. He is also OK with dogs.
