Witchy-Poo is a soft, mostly-white calico with delicate hints of black and tan — plus a striking black tail that gives her a little “witchy wand” vibe everywhere she goes. She may be tiny, but she has already perfected the art of charm. Quiet, sweet, and endlessly snuggly, this little girl will cast a spell on your heart the moment she curls up beside you.
She does great with other kittens and needs a young feline friend in her forever home to help her grow, play, and build confidence. She hasn’t been around dogs or kids yet, but with gentle introductions, she should adjust well.

Toy: A fuzzy kick buddy — she’ll wrestle, bunny-kick, and then fall asleep on it like it’s her best friend.
Sleeping spot: Under the covers, always tucked in like the cozy little angel she is.
Food: Sheba Kitten Pâté and Fancy Feast turkey are her go-tos.

We’re thrilled you’re considering giving one of our cats or kittens a loving forever home! Here’s what to expect during the adoption process:
📋 Adoption Application & Contract
To ensure the best match for both you and our cats, we require:
Adoption Application – Helps us understand your home, motivation for adoption, and expectations as a pet owner.
Adoption Contract – Includes an indoor-only and no declawing clause, as well as a Vet Promissory Note to ensure continued veterinary care and spay/neuter follow-through (if applicable).
🌍 Adoption Area
We do not adopt out of state, except on a case-by-case basis near the North Carolina border.
💸 Adoption Donations
Your donation helps us continue rescuing and caring for cats in need:
Unaltered kittens – a minimum donation of $120.
(Includes vaccine series, deworming, and medical care. Adopter is responsible for spay/neuter and rabies vaccine once age-appropriate. We can recommend low-cost vet services.)
Spayed/Neutered cats – a minimum donation of $140
Bonded pairs – a minimum donation of $200
Career/Barn cats – a minimum donation of $25
🏡 Additional Requirements

Billy the Kidden Rescue is a VDACS-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2014 and supported by a network of over 60 active foster homes across Hampton Roads.
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce the feral cat population in our community by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens—transforming them into loving, adoptable pets and placing them in safe, forever homes.
