History: 🧡 From Texas to Midwest 🤠—- A group of deserving dogs was recently welcomed as part of our Texas Transport Program! A program launched to make an impactful difference for our partner shelters in Texas facing the overpopulation of animals with limited resources and low adoption rates. We are excited to help these southern gems find loving forever homes to call their own!
A Note from the Foster: Hi there! I’m Buck — your future best friend!
I’m a friendly, playful, and loyal pup who absolutely loves being around my people. If you’re looking for a shadow who will follow you room-to-room just to be close, that’s me! I’m a big fan of human companionship, and I’ll happily lean in for affection and all the pets you will share.
I’m also a pretty smart guy! I already know “sit”, and maybe it's because I LOVE food, but any time there is a snack around, I am on alert and ready to learn. Right now, I’m working hard on all my puppy basics — potty training, crate training, leash walking, and learning how to be a polite, well-mannered housemate. I'm a quick learner and eager to please, so I’m picking things up fast.
When I’m not practicing my skills, you’ll find me playing with my brother (Tuck) chewing on a good bone, or zooming around outside. Running through the snow is becoming a new favorite!
I’m happiest with my family, and would love adventures together.
