Haze is looking for the permanence of a forever home!
Haze arrived at EHS as a member of the “Grey Scale Gang,” where she lived in a multi-cat home. As a result, it’s likely Haze had limited interaction with people because she had to compete for attention with so many others in the home.
ABOUT HAZE - At shelter - Haze is a skittish cat who has had minimal experience with humans. - She is living up to her name, being difficult to see, preferring to hide in a cubby or under a blanket. She may hiss when disturbed, but she is gentle. - We are still getting to know Haze and discover her true personality. - Haze is currently enrolled in EHS’s socialization program, where dedicated volunteers are working to help her become more comfortable around people. - Haze has been spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.
HAZE’S IDEAL HOME - A skittish cat will benefit from a calm, quiet environment, preferably without young children or dogs. - Haze appears to take comfort in her feline friends and may enjoy having another cat in her new home. - Potential adopters should be prepared to commit the time, effort, and patience required to help Haze settle into her new environment. EHS will provide post-adoption support to assist Haze with a successful transition to her forever home.
If you can clearly see how Haze would benefit from joining your family, contact EHS to meet Haze today!
