Dusty is a sweet, calm young girl with an old soul. Found outside caring for her two babies, she made sure they found loving homes—now it’s her turn. True to her tortie roots, Dusty has a bit of tortitude, and will let you know what she likes and what she doesn’t. She adores attention and will happily curl up in your lap for affection, though she’s not the biggest fan of being picked up. Because of her clear boundaries, Dusty would do best in a home with older kids who can understand and respect her space. This loving mama is ready to settle into a forever home where she can finally relax and be cherished.

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals

Monday to Friday - 1:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m.
