Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Medical Foster Needed — Meet Stitch
Stitch is a young, gentle soul who has already endured more than any dog should. He suffered a pelvic fracture, likely from being hit by a vehicle, and has since undergone surgery. His recovery is going well, and now he simply needs a quiet, stable place to continue healing with limited activity.
Stitch is estimated to be under 2 years old, possibly just over 1 year. Despite his injuries, he remains sweet, calm, and people-oriented. He enjoys being near his humans, is kid friendly, and does well with other dogs. He has a naturally quiet demeanor and handles his recovery with patience.
A medical foster home is needed where Stitch can have:
A calm environment with minimal activity
A secure, fenced yard
A caregiver who understands that rest and slow movement are essential right now
All medical care instructions, supplies, and support will be provided by the rescue. Stitch will be available for adoption once he has fully recovered.
Stitch is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.
Special thanks to Mark, Gooding Animal Control Officer, for rescuing Stitch and ensuring he received the care he needed.
If you can provide a medical foster home or are interested in adopting Stitch once he is healed, please apply at:

We require a foster or adoption application to qualify to foster or adopt our animals. We do check your current veterinary reference and landlord approval if renting. The next step is a "meet and greet" with all family members and/or household occupants, and current pets. Upon approval, we offer a "trial adoption" period that allows adopter to make sure of a good fit for both the dog and family. Adoption is final when adoption contract (different from application) is filled out and signed, and adoption fee is paid. Our adoption fees range from $75 - $300 (puppies) currently, but are subject to revision if our veterinary costs rise. Due to recent website issues please submit application at www.friendsfureveranimalrescue.net if the .com link provided does not work
