She has spent her whole life with one family and is now looking for a new home through no fault of her own. Her family’s living circumstances changed, and they can no longer keep her, but they want her to have the loving future she deserves.

Astra is a gentle soul. Around other dogs, she’s calm, friendly, and naturally submissive—happy to follow rather than lead. She also does wonderfully with cats, preferring to quietly ignore them.
She is shy at first with new people and children, but warms up beautifully with kindness and patience. Once she knows you, she is affectionate, loyal, and eager to please.

Astra has lived indoors her whole life and is very well-behaved at home. She isn’t destructive and will simply nap while you’re away until her people return. She knows basic commands and has a calm, steady presence that makes her an easy companion.
