Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lunabelle — or Luna Tuna if you want to be extra cute about it.
This one-year-old sweetheart still has all the spark, silliness, and joy of a kitten. Her previous family loved her, but with many young children at home they didn’t have the time needed to keep up with Luna’s big personality, big energy, and big need for play. So they made the loving choice to surrender her so she could find a home that can give her the enrichment and attention she deserves.
Lunabelle is an enthusiastic bundle of joy. She loves to play, and her fishing-pole wand toy is her absolute favorite. She’s an impressive jumper—part cat, part spring—and never fails to put on a show during playtime. When her humans are busy, she’s great at creating her own fun, darting around the house like a tiny comet, entertaining herself with her toys and her imagination.
She would thrive with another playful feline friend to help her burn off her energy, but she also needs daily interactive playtime with her humans. She’s athletic, clever, and full of life, and she wants to share all that with you.
When the zoomies wind down, Lunabelle becomes an adorable snuggle bug. She loves window-watching and imagining herself as a mighty huntress tracking all the birds and squirrels outside. After a good play session, she’ll curl up on your lap for a cozy nap, melting into pets, cheek scratches, and especially butt scratches. At night, she’ll tuck herself by your feet to make sure you sleep safely under her gentle, watchful eye.
She is a wonderful eater—and also a tiny bit goofy. She enjoys playing with her water (because why drink when you can splash?) and sometimes carries her kibble out of the bowl to eat it on the floor. She keeps life interesting.
Lunabelle is looking for a home that can match her zest for life—a family with time to give her the attention, play, stimulation, and love she craves. In return, she’ll give you endless affection, entertainment, companionship, and the joy of sharing your life with a cat who truly shines.
If you’re ready for a playful, loving, endlessly fun little shadow, Luna Tuna is waiting for you.

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
