Meet Trixie, a young and vibrant dog that can’t wait to meet you. A new mom, she adores her pups (Ryan, Ivan, and Everett) and shows an innate gentleness that makes her great with other dogs and children. Trixie's playful and friendly nature shines through in her interactions, always eager to share a game or a quiet moment alike. Her gentle demeanor and joyful spirit make her the perfect addition to any family looking for a companion who brings both energy and calmness. Trixie is crate trained and needs just a little more work on housetraining and walking on the leash.
She is a smart girl and basic group training classes is recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you!
Adopt Trixie and discover the boundless love and joy she's ready to bring into your home.
Trixie’s story: She was found abandoned at the end of a rural road and was cared for by a nearby family. She came into heat and got pregnant by a neighbor's dog. She had a litter of healthy and happy pups and all are now doing great and ready to find forever homes.

**Additional info you should know - For most of our dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our dogs as an individual and do our best to describe and place them based on personality not breed label. Some dogs may not yet be in New England, nor ready for immediate adoption. There may be additional vetting, quarantine, waiting periods and/or fees depending upon your state of residence. If you have questions or concerns on any of this, you can discuss this with your Adoption Counselor.
