My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rin is truly one of a kind. He is a deeply loving, emotionally intuitive boy who gives the sweetest comfort when I cry, he literally hugs my neck like a person or cuddles me until I calm down. He’s good being held. He is gentle, quiet, affectionate, and bonds very closely with his person. Once he feels safe, he becomes the best companion you could ever ask for.

Rin does best as a single cat, or possibly with one spayed female only. He has had stress-related peeing when housed with a lot of cats and gets physically sick from high stress. He would likely do well with other cats if he is neutered, but right now he needs a low-stress home to thrive. He is scared of dogs and is indoor-only, no exceptions.

He enjoys quiet time, cuddles, and occasional play. Rin is about 3 yrs old. Rehoming him is devastating for us, but it is the most loving and ethical choice for his happiness right now. So please if you choose to take him, be sure you can take care of his needs and keep him safe & loved.
