Reese is a very friendly girlie who enjoys staying connected to her people. She is happiest when she has some company and is always overjoyed when someone stoops to her level to give her some love. Reese was brought to the shelter with her friend Lloyd and the two previously lived together—they truly get along wonderfully. Reese has not been reactive towards other dogs in the shelter and may enjoy a friend in her new home! We can always provide a dog meet and greet prior to adopting if needed! Reese loves attention; she has done great with all kinds of handling and has proven to be incredibly gentle and sweet. Reese’s favorite thing is probably being hugged on, like we mentioned before, she really does become extra wiggly when people sit down with her at her level! Reese appears to be potty trained, walks nicely on a leash and knows some basic cues. Reese is a people pleaser at heart so we can`t imagine it being too difficult to teach her more! Please keep in mind that Reese will need time to adapt to her new home, but her happy go lucky attitude leads us to believe she will do great! Reese is playful and will be happiest with having a positive outlet for her energy. Though she is not overbearing, regular stimulation will be key for her success! Because we’re not sure if Reese has lived with children or small animals, we recommend slow, thoughtful introductions to set everyone up for success! Reese is such a fun and loveable girl who could make a great addition to most homes. We would love for you to meet her!
