Born June 2025, Berna and her siblings were puppies on the street far too young. Thankfully a kind stranger took them in for a few weeks while they waited for space to open up at the SPCA PV sanctuary in Puerto Vallarta. While we’re so happy she’s off the street, she belongs in a home with a family who loves her, Berna is the sleek lean black pup in the litter. We think she’ll grow to about 30 lbs full grown. She is a mixed breed which may include terrier and pointer, but really she’s her own unique special girl. And that one ear up and one down look, has all visitors swooning. Berna is curious about cats, and wags her tail when she visits them.
