My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shae along with her seven siblings were born approximately 9/12/2025. Their mom is a Terrier mix and Dad is a full blood black and brown Dachshund. Mom is brown with long legs and weighs about 25 to 30 lbs and Dad is short legged and round due to never missing a meal and weighs about 25 to 30 lbs (he's really cute).

The puppies got his body type and her coloring. We believe the puppies will be approximately 25 to 30 lbs at the most when fully grown.

Shae is a playful sweet cutie who is looking for her "furever" family. She loves to run and play with her siblings. Shae will bring lots of fun and laughter to any home. If you are looking for a sweet puppy to complete your family, she may be your girl.

Her adoption fee if $300 which includes two sets of puppy shots, deworming, a microchip and spay.

We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

More about this rescue

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
