Meet Nyx, a two year old heeler and corgi mix who is the definition of adorable. She may have short stumpy legs and an adorable nub tail, but she is a big personality packed into a low rider body. Honey, someone shrunk the heeler because this girl truly looks like a little cowgirl corgi.
Nyx is housetrained, crate trained, and sleeps quietly through the night. She knows the dog door, is not destructive in the home, and walks very well on the leash. She loves toys, loves snacks, and especially loves cheese and baby carrots.
She is wonderful with kids and great with big and small dogs. She is submissive with other dogs and thrives in a multidog home. She loves to play chase and tug, enjoys wrestling with other dogs, and would be happiest living with another dog or two to keep the fun going. She loves cuddling with her dog friends and even enjoys sleeping next to them or curled up in the human bed.
Nyx is very sweet and absolutely loves everyone she meets. She was surrendered because her owner moved and could not take her along, but she is ready for a new beginning filled with love, playtime, and adventure.
From romping in the yard to snuggling on the couch, Nyx brings joy everywhere she goes. She is the perfect girl and truly a heeler trapped in a corgi body. Ready for her next adventure and a forever family to love her endlessly.
