Penelope (for early known as Scruffila) is feeling much better after her much needed haircut!  She'll need an experienced owner that is aware of the care she'll need due to her long hair, if it's not cut or shaped, it'll grow long and begin to mat. 



She's super excited for food and treat time and will do best with a calm family
