Meet Ryu! This one-year-old sweetheart is a gentle boy with a kind heart and a playful spirit. He can be a little nervous when faced with new people or situations, but with patience and kindness, his affectionate side quickly starts to shine. Once he feels safe, Ryu loves nothing more than spending time with his favorite humans, soaking up pets, and enjoying the simple joys of being together.
Ryu enjoys going on walks and exploring the outdoors—he loves taking in all the sights and smells around him. He can pull a bit on leash, especially when he’s excited, but he’s eager to please and is learning to slow down and stay close. Playtime is another favorite, and you’ll often catch him happily running around and playing outside.
When meeting other dogs, Ryu tends to be a bit cautious at first, but he’s done well with the ones he’s met and usually relaxes once he feels comfortable around them. With continued socialization and positive experiences, he’ll keep building his confidence and discovering how fun it is to make new friends.

Come in anytime during our open hours to visit any of our available cats and/or dogs. Let office staff know what pet you would like to meet.
Meet the Pet
We will put you and the pet in a meet and greet room to read off their file and let you spend time with them.
Sign Adoption Contract
The main question we ask is if you own or rent your home. If you rent we check your pet policy. Please bring your pet policy with you.
Pay Fee
We accept cash, card, and check. Payment is due upon adoption.
Take the Pet Home
We have same day adoptions! They go home with you after the fee has been paid! You can bring your own leash, collar, or carrier.
