Meet Tipsy, a littler girl with the biggest heart! she wants nothing more than to be your cuddle buddy and wobble around with you. When one of our volunteers were with her the volunteer said `she was so adorable and sweet! Even though she`s a little wobbly she loves to play with toys and even do a game of tug! She`s an adorable, wobbly, bundle of joy who loves to play and snuggle! She could brighten anyone`s day and she won`t let anything stop her! ` Meet Tipsy today!
