My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*SPECIAL NEEDS DOG* Meet Tipsy! She’s just a puppy that is struggling with Wobbler Syndrome. She doesn’t let that get her down though. She is so full of puppy energy and love to give. She adores children and is excited to meet any stranger. Please do a quick search of wobbler syndrome before applying as she does require quite a bit of extra care. As much as she would love to, she won’t be the running and hiking buddy type. She will be more of the couch cuddler (if you help her into the sofa) and passenger princess (includes being carried princess style) in your life. This girl requires the finer things in life such as elevated bowls and a personal chauffeur to carry her out to go potty. If you are looking for a special pup that will forever love and need you, she is your girl!
