Meet Stella, a beautiful 6-year-old female Cane Corso with a heart as big as she is! This sweet girl is the perfect mix of goofy, playful, and loving.
In her foster home, Stella has done great with the other dogs, showing she can be a wonderful companion for a multi-dog household. She is also fully potty trained and kennel trained, making her an easy addition to her future family.

Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.

Forever Home Dog Rescue is dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned animals primarily from high-kill shelters.
In working with committed volunteers, temporary care homes and local veterinarians, we are able to rescue dogs, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them well-matched, carefully screened forever homes. All our rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and have all necessary veterinary care.
We were formed in January 2014 and are a non-profit organization in central Iowa. We are pending our official 501c3 status. We receive no government funding and rely completely on donations.
