Nisa is a very smart and curious mini-panther. She loves heights and watching the happenings of indoors and outdoors – cat trees are a must. She ’ s athletic, whether jumping for her bird toy or playing with her sister. Nisa ’ s a great mix of independence and affection/lap-seeking. When she ’ s ready to rest, she often sleeps like Hobbes, stretched out with a twist. She has silky soft fur with a sweet pettable belly. Nisa is a foodie and she ’ s happy to encourage service if she doesn’t get it fast enough. Hold on tight to that Churro tube! Nisa is a dominant kitty who should be ok with other cats who respect her awesomeness and who don ’ t startle easily. She's good with strangers.
Nisa and her sister Nyx were adopted early in 2025 but were recently returned. Their owner loves them but couldn't resolve the aggression between them and another cat in the home, even after many attempts. Nisa and Nyx are a matching, bonded duo. They are vocal girls happy to chat with you in a variety of trills and expressions, and together will be wonderful companions in their furever home! Please check Nyx's page too. Their foster family welcomes home visits to meet the girls.
