I am currently fostering my uncle's 12 year old lab and am looking for a permanent home for her so she can live out the rest of her life. My uncle was recently hospitalized for mental health related reasons and is unable to care for her. I have recently taken her to the vet and she is now updated on all shots and they were able to clip back her nails some, although they had been allowed to grow out for some time, so they are much longer than they should be. I have two other full size dogs, and having three dogs in my home is just too many for me. She hasn't had any issues with my dogs, as she really just ignores them. She likes being around people and is very food motivated. She has not had any accidents in the house, so she seems to be fully house trained. She has some skin tags and rough patches on her joints where there's no longer fur, just coarse skin. She gets around fine, but have noticed that her back legs seem a little weaker.
