My name is Billy Ray!

Billy Ray and his sister Cyrus were surrendered by a concerned citizen. They were kind enough to take them in after they were abandoned by the neighbor. Sadly, we take in many dogs and cats from where there is no animal control or shelter. Both Billy Ray and his sister are timid! Billy Ray has a previous injury to his right eye that gives it a blue, cloudy look. Neither are sure about walking on leash, which tells us no one ever bothered to train them. Consequently, they prefer to be carried. Who wouldn`t? This is sort of awkward with their sizes. lol Despite being shy, they are gentle and sweet and have been good with other dogs. Come and meet this previously abandoned pair of siblings and show them what love is all about. Billy Ray and Cyrus are spayed/neutered, microchipped, current on core vaccines and have tested negative for heartworms.
