Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I adopted Phoebe from the SPCA about a month ago. The once shy 11-month-old soon became full of energy and personality. However, due to her young age, she can be a little rambunctious. She is so kind and loves to be petted (frequently). My issues arose when she began to chew at the blinds, claw at my chair, and damage my bedspread. She typically wants attention during the night and sometimes gently tugs at my hair or jumps on my feet to wake me up. Due to renting and the furniture not being owned by me, I cannot risk any damage to the furniture. Unfortunately, I also don't have anywhere to put Phoebe at night to avoid waking me up. Lastly, I have dogs at home, and when I go back for the holidays, they do not interact well.
Phoebe truly is an amazing cat who is hilarious and just wants love. I believe that a home that has experience with how to handle cats at such a young age, and more space for her would be a perfect fit. I know eventually that she will grow out of her kitten habits.
