If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Momo was originally an indoor/outdoor cat in a rural area, living with my grandmother. When my grandmother passed, I took her in and introduced her to my family of 2 other adult female cats. She is around 4 years old and the perfect cat for relaxing days with spontaneous burst of personality and energy. She loves affection and will often pull your arm towards her for more head pets. She truly is a wonderful cat, however, best suited to be a solo cat for a family. I have learned that she is a very dominate female among other cats and does not play nicely with cats that are not submissive to her. Although initially raised around older, calm dogs, she became quite fearful of energetic or unknown dogs. Momo is not violent towards people in any capacity, she has never bit or scratched me in the 3 years that I had her - even during nail trimmings, grooming, or picking her up (but she will vocally complain as most cats will). I can just no longer handle the cat fights at night.
