Moe has had a rough start to his life. Animal Control was called to pick him (and his two brothers) up from his previous home when his owners moved and left them behind. The 3 pups were found sitting in a crate in the yard with no food or water. These pups were so friendly and eager to greet the AC officer, they were really just happy to be alive and that someone found them. Even being at the shelter was sadly better than being in a crate on an abandoned property. All three are very friendly pups and love people. They are happy and affectionate little pups. Moe is 3 years old, 46 lbs, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative. We will post Larry separately. Their other brother Curly was taken in by another rescue group. We are a small team of dedicated volunteers making a huge impact by saving hundreds of lives each year from high-kill shelters or those abandoned in the community. If the Pet you are inquiring on is no longer available, chances are we've got another one that will perfectly suit your family!

As a foster-based rescue, we don't have an actual facility however we will respond to inquiries within 12 to 24 hours in order to discuss the pet you are inquiring about, arrange a meet and greet when possible (or video meet and greet). Arcadia Animal Rescue is a foster-based rescue comprised of volunteers who are dedicated to saving the lives of animals that are at-risk either in shelters or in our communities, and placing them into safe and loving foster or adoptive homes.
As a 501c3 organization that receives no federal funding, we rely on the generosity of donors in order to provide life-saving veterinary care, spay and neuter, behavioral assessments and modification, emergency boarding, and transport to foster/adoptive homes.
