Most of our volunteers are also adopters of Rogers’ Rescues dogs. So we know the anxiety when “waiting to hear.” Although Rogers’ Rescues is 100% staffed by volunteers, we do our best to communicate with you frequently and keep you updated on the status of your application. Here are some tips.

Adoption steps

- InterviewA member of the Rogers' Rescues team will contact you by email to set up your phone interview and home visit.
- Approve Application
- Meet the PetThe dog's foster family will be in touch by email.
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay FeeAdoption fee: $300 for dogs 7 years of age and under. $150 for dogs over 7 years. Please note that a dog's age is often just our best guess.
- Take the Pet Home

Rogers' Rescues is an all-breed dog rescue that relies on our network of foster homes to care for all our adoptable dogs. In addition, committed volunteers work behind the scenes to facilitate the adoption process, plan fundraising events, and more.
Despite not having a physical location, Rogers' Rescues has found loving homes for over a thousand dogs since its founding in June 2002.
