Churro came to us before her eyes were even open, along with mom (Cookie) and her siblings. They were left at our local shelter and we quickly said yes when they asked if we could take them! Churro has the silliest ears and sweetest disposition; she loves to play with toys, ideally while in your lap. While mom is only 42 lbs, we think daddy might have been bigger so we are estimating her adult size to be between 50-60 lbs - but she will always be a lap dog! The first step in the adoption process is to submit an application, once received you will be called within 48 hours to answer any questions and schedule a time to meet the dog that you are interested in. If it feels like a match at that time then the adoption is completed with a contract, an adoption fee is paid (ranging from $150-$400) and you receive all medical records with your new dog. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines.
