Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Annabelle! Annabelle is a 1 year old, 7 pound Domestic Shorthair.
This sleek little lady, with her Monet-inspired coloring of her mostly grey coat, is a somewhat shy girl, until she realizes you're not there to hurt her. She is hesitant to accept affection at first, but quickly settles in and purrs away! Her quiet tIme finds her curled up on a soft bed on a sunny windowsill. Her favorite play activity finds her fixated on a battery operated toy, which holds tiny mouse that randomly pop out of the sides, or a wand toy that you control. Her favorite treat thus far are Churrus soft pate.
Her perfect day finds her laying on a cat bed in a sunny window. She is accepting of sharing space with other cats, and while there are dogs in the house, it's unknown how she feels about them.
If you're looking for a sweet little lady, Annabelle is the one for you!
Annabelle is currently being fostered in Staten Island, NY. Her adoption fee is $125.

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
