Meet Mia — the girl with the sweetest face and the gentlest heart.
This tri-colored shepherd/cattle dog mix is as lovely on the inside as she is beautiful on the outside. With soft, expressive eyes and a naturally charming personality, Mia wins over everyone she meets.
Born on the Navajo reservation, Mia’s story took a turn for the better when she and a little buddy were found hanging out near an elementary school—just two friendly souls hoping someone would notice them. Thankfully, someone did. Now she’s safe, loved, and ready for her forever home.
At about 40 pounds, Mia is that perfect medium size—easy to take along on adventures but big enough for the best snuggles. She’s estimated to be 2 to 4 years old, with an ideal mix of youthful energy and mature sweetness.
Mia is house trained and leash trained , making her an easy addition to almost any home. She currently lives with a male lab and became friends with him right away — she’s social, polite, and loves having a buddy to pal around with. Her gentle nature shines in everything she does. She’s affectionate without being overwhelming, curious without getting into trouble, and always grateful for kindness and attention.
