Heartthrob Pawbert is ready to win you over, and he's definitely a good guy. This five month old great Pyrenees mix weighs 34 pounds and is the perfect gentleman. His adopter says that he gets excited to meet new people and pups on walks, but otherwise is incredibly sweet and calm. He's working on house training and learning to walk on a leash, but already enjoys his crate. With someone to show him the ropes, Pawbert is going to be the perfect member of your pack.

The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
