He especially looks forward to meeting other four-legged, furry friends and is always curious and excited to play with them. He is the perfect dog for someone who is looking for a sidekick as there is nothing Higgins loves more than being by your side. He is very eager to please and is getting better and better on his leash every day! Because he is still adjusting to his new environment, Higgins would do best in a forever home with a family who can support him as he continues to develop his good boy skills and build his confidence. Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building.
