My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Prince!
This adorable 9-month-old, 12-pound Yorkie was surrendered to us along with his buddy King when their owner became pregnant. Prince is a bright, lively little guy who has been doing great at the rescue and winning everyone over with his sweet personality.

He’s potty trained, friendly with other dogs, and loving with all people. Prince is energetic and playful—always ready for fun, zoomies, or a good toy session! He’s already cute as can be, and he’ll look even more irresistible after one of our amazing grooming partners donates her time to help brush out his mats.

Prince is joyful, affectionate, and ready to bring lots of love and entertainment to his forever home.

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
