My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Scooby: Your Next Adventure Buddy! ⛰️ Scooby is an absolutely stunning 7-month-old German Shepherd pup who recently transferred to our shelter here in Chico and is now eagerly awaiting his forever family. Tipping the scales at a lean and growing 42 pounds, this young man is a bundle of spunky, friendly, and irresistible energy. He's a quintessential, happy-go-lucky puppy who approaches the world with boundless enthusiasm, which means he's always ready for an adventure or a snuggle. Scooby absolutely adores playtime, making a game out of any toy, and he is a veritable fountain of affection, ready to shower you with lots of enthusiastic kisses whenever you're nearby. Remarkably, for his young age, he is already amazing on the leash, showing excellent focus and manners that would make him an ideal companion for hiking, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors. While he possesses fantastic obedience potential, remember that at only seven months old, he still has those charming, yet sometimes mischievous, puppy tendencies that will require continued patience and training. This wonderful guy is available for adoption right now at our facility located at 13391 Garner Lane in Chico, CA. Just like all of his friends here at the shelter, Scooby is completely up-to-date on all vaccines and preventions, and he has already been neutered, so he's truly ready to come home and start his new life with you immediately!
