We are moving overseas and are looking for a good home for our calico female cat, Josie. She's my favorite of our three. Not a lapcat, but very smart and sweet. She likes sitting near you, and prefers being held on your right shoulder.
She's around 9 years old. Missing some teeth from a past infection (teeth pulled), but has been fine the last two annual checkups. She has all her immunizations and regular annual checkups.
She’s independent, and loves to look out the window. She’s smart and if we had them as outside cats, she’s the one I’d trust. She loves being outside-- we used to at our old place that was fenced, but couldn't at our current place.
She’s not aggressive towards children, but doesn’t really like them much. If a teen fed her for a while, she would get comfortable.
We'll be moving towards the end of January, so would be looking to rehome her in January after Christmas and New Years.
