Hello! My name is Harry. My foster mom and dad picked me and my brother Austin up from SAPA on Thursday, December 4. They were so surprised when they saw us because we are so tiny (but mighty). I’ve already gained half a pound since then, as of Dec 8 I’m 2.9+lbs and growing!
My foster mom says I eat a lot faster than Austin. We are still eating mush. But foster mom has been sneaking in some of those meaty stuffs, i.e. wet puppy food, and has also put out some dry kibble for grazing.
I love to roughhouse with my brother Austin. I pull and chew on his ear and tail and we also like to wrestle and roll around.
I am still on quarantine, so we haven’t really said hi to Granny Missy, I think she has some chihuahua in her like us. My foster mom and dad say she rules the house since she’s almost 14! We like to sleep/nap in there and then we come out to do our business on the pee pads and towels. We also spend time inside the playpen in the living room. We havea nice fluffy bed in there for when we get tired of playing and need to take a nap. We haven’t been outside yet because we’ve only had 1 vaccination (DHPP), we have some visits to Marbach coming up soon.
Anyway, I hope you want to meet me and my brother and be our forever home!

Our mission is to provide the programs and services needed to eliminate the killing of at-risk animals due to lack of space, adopter or foster.
San Antonio Pets Alive! is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Due to alarming euthanasia rates, San Antonio Pets Alive! (SAPA!) was founded in 2012. SAPA! is unique—it is the only high paced, high-volume rescue in San Antonio, saving 6,000 at-risk cats and dogs annually.
Since its inception, SAPA! has saved more than 47,000 dogs and cats. SAPA! provides safety nets for the dogs and cats that fall through the cracks of all other lifesaving options and end up on the euthanasia lists, often with just hours to be saved. SAPA! promotes the availability of these dogs and cats to other rescues, adopters and fosters.
