My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pumpkin! Pumpkin was left at a shelter after having her mouth duct taped shut, and something attacked her front. She showed up at the shelter torn up, but never lost her sweet sweet disposition. She is all healed now and ready for her furever home!

She is a little timid in new surrounding and will cling to her person, however she wants to explore and be good. She is great in an environment she knows well, and is doing much better going on walks etc. She would do best in a home where someone will have a little patience with her shyness in new environments, but wants a dog that is super sweet and will do whole body wiggles when they see you! She has great puppy energy and is so thrilled to be able to act like the true puppy she is now that she is in a safe environment! She adores people and a brave fur brother or sister would help her come out of her shell in strange environments!

Pumpkin is being spayed on the 23rd. If you want to take her home now, she can be placed in a foster to adopt situation and have her adoption finalized on the 23rd after her spay. She is up to date on her vaccines.

Additional adoption info

Our application process is meant to provide enough background that we can ensure the dog is going to a good home, but also be flexible enough that people can get their dog quickly.

We are foster based, and are happy to coordinate times for private introductions to our dogs. We will post events we are attending with our dogs on our website and social media.
